Terms of service

1. Who sells

The shop Pretty Please Baby is run by Radosław Zaręba, Nowe Karmonki 34e, 46-312 Bodzanowice, Poland, email prettypleasebabyyy@gmail.com.

Radosław Zaręba runs the shop as unregistered activity (działalność nierejestrowana) under Article 5 of the Polish Entrepreneurs’ Law (Prawo przedsiębiorców), so there is no tax number (NIP). In these terms, “we” means Radosław Zaręba.

2. Our pieces

Every piece is made to order and sewn by hand after you order it. Sizes are XS, S and M. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.

Prices are final prices in Polish złoty (PLN). The delivery cost is shown before you pay.

3. How to order

Choose your piece and size, add it to the cart and go to checkout. Enter your details, choose delivery and payment, then click the button that places the order with an obligation to pay.

The contract is made when we send you the order confirmation by email.

4. Payment

You pay in advance, when you place the order, with one of the methods shown at checkout (for example card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). Payments are handled by Shopify Payments, so we never see your card details. We start sewing once your payment arrives. On request, we issue a bill (rachunek) for your purchase.

5. Making and delivery

We ship within 7–14 working days of your payment, and then the carrier delivers your parcel. Delivery options, prices and times are on the Shipping page.

We deliver in Poland and to the EU countries listed on the Shipping page.

6. Your right to change your mind (14 days)

If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The 14 days start on the day you (or someone you name, other than the carrier) receive the piece.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement, for example by email to prettypleasebabyyy@gmail.com. You can use the form on the Returns page, but you don’t have to. It is enough to send it before the 14 days end.

Send the piece back to Radosław Zaręba, Nowe Karmonki 34e, 46-312 Bodzanowice, Poland, within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of sending it back.

We refund everything you paid, including the original delivery cost up to the price of our cheapest delivery option, within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method. If you return only part of your order, we don’t refund the delivery cost. We may hold the refund until we get the piece back or you show proof that you sent it, whichever comes first.

You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the piece more than needed to check its nature, characteristics and functioning, the way you would try it on in a shop.

7. Complaints (faulty pieces)

We are responsible if a piece does not match the contract, for example if it is faulty. This covers problems that show up within 2 years of delivery.

Write to us at prettypleasebabyyy@gmail.com with your order number, what is wrong and, if you can, a photo. You can ask for a repair or a replacement. If that isn’t possible, or we don’t do it, you can ask for a lower price or, if the problem isn’t minor, withdraw from the contract.

We reply within 14 days. If we don’t, your complaint counts as accepted. We pay for sending a faulty piece back to us.

8. Buying as a sole trader

If you run a sole-trader business in Poland and buy a piece for a purpose that is not professional for you, you have the same rights as a consumer under sections 6 and 7.

9. Disputes

If we can’t agree, you can get free help from a local consumer ombudsman (miejski or powiatowy rzecznik konsumentów) or the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa). Customers in other EU countries can contact their European Consumer Centre.

Polish law applies. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you keep the protection your own country’s law gives you.

10. Personal data

How we use your data is explained in the Privacy policy.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. Your order is covered by the terms that applied when you placed it. These terms apply from 26 October 2026.
